i was just wondering cause ive heard that toothpaste cures acne and ive heard that it just makes your skin dry??

It dries the zit so don't put it on your whole face, just the affected area. Yes, it would mess up and dry your skin if you put it all over.
Use Pepto-Bismol. Good for faces, arms, backs, all of it.
