Hydrogen peroxide is kind of a wonder drug. It is used to clean cuts. You can poor it directly into your ears to clean them out. It's now used in toothpaste and even laundry detergent. It's used to fight infections. Acne is an infection and hydrogen peroxide will help with it. If peroxide can break up wax in your ear and penetrate the hard enamel on your teethe to help whiten them and if it can get your clothes clean it can certainly help to clean your skin which in itself can help fight acne. No. It isn't even an antiseptic. It cleans by the mechanical action of the bubbling.
