not guaranteed. it can help though if you are deficient in vitamen A (beta carotene is converted into vitamin A by your body).
Be careful though- people have caused irreperable damage to their livers due to vitamin A toxicity/too much vit. A....don't know the recommended dosage- you may want to check with a dermatologist or your regular doc or a nutrition expert.
As with most things- too much of a good thing can be bad...(and if it sounds too good to be true it most likely is)...Can beta carotene tablets cure acne and oily skin??
Hate to say it, but acne is uncurable no matter what people say. But if can help lighten up the acne but the results very from person to person.
