it can be messy at first but after some practice you can keep it clean and simple. do colonics. often the auto-intoxifies itself via stuck sludge in the bowel system. as a result many physical symptoms from arthritis to acne can erupt do to a uncleansed bowel. I've done a lot of bowel cleansing in the past six months and noticed how my skin is much better... even my wife has noticed the changes in my skin texture...clearer, smoother. but that's one avenue... other things could be simply be by changing your diet. naturally, if you're consuming alot of junks foods from soda to candy bars then, subsequently acne and dry skin can develop... if you need more detail info, begin with the book ';nutritional healing.'; it's in most health food stores and some regular books stores... of course, you can always order it online. My elderly mother takes apple cider vinegar for her arthritis, I don't know if it helps that or acne. The best care for acne is to stop eating sugar, so no soft drinks, no chocolate etc.and keeping your skin clean with water and a clean wash cloth. Yes there are many antibacterial washes or astringents. One of the infomercial solutions I notice is based on hydrogen peroxide which is cheaply and easily available and may need dilution. The chlorine (in Australia) in your tap water has it's own bug killing effect. Just remember part of the cycle of acne is infection so if you touch it clean it. Warmth or warm water is another thing that is important to open the skins pores to prevent the blockages that occur in your skin. Your local doctor may precribe medication or refer you to a skin specialist. Just remember it will stop when your body stops growing at age 28.
I've never heard of using apple cider vinegar for acne, but good luck with that. I can tell you that dry skin is very acne prone. You might just try cleansing and using a good moisturizer in the morning and at night. Drinking plenty of water is also very helpful. I have suffered from acne for 20 years and when a cosmetician told me these things last year I tried it and have been acne-free since. Also, avoid harsh astringents and abrasive scrubs as these tend to cause the skin to dry out. Good Luck to you and God Bless
