PLEASE HELPP =\Any advice on how to cure breakouts/acne?
MAC foundation and even powder has been known to cause breakouts in many people, especially those with oily complexions.
Try a lighter or mineral foundation, especially in the summer months, when skin tends to be oilier. Neutrogena makes a liquid foundation and cream concealer than both contain salicylic acid to prevent and treat breakouts. Physician's Formula also has some very gentle mineral makeup formulas, which will let your skin ';breathe'; more than MAC makeup.
Powder and mineral foundatiosn tend to look more natural and less cake-y than regular liquid foundation. Apply them to a clean face with a fluffy or kabuki brush, and tap off excess first. If you prefer cream or liquid foundation, apply using a slightly damp latex sponge--this gives more natural, sheerer coverage than a dry sponge or brush. Liquid and black liner can be harsh looking in the summer months, so try a copper or brown pencil liner or lining your eyes with powder shadow and a small brush instead. Try dark brown mascara instead of black, and apply to top lashes only for day.
Make sure you're cleaning your face makeup off every night too. If you use makeup wipes, use two--the first one might just ';smear'; the makeup around, but the second one will ensure a clean face. I know it sounds too simple, but try Neutrogena's oil free acne wash (it's orange) is super cheap and has worked wonders for me when nothing else did:

If your face feels a little tight and dry, try oil-free, non-comedogenic lotion with SPF (it's important to protect your skin from UV rays, because acne products make it extra sensitive). I like Coppertone's oil-free face sunblock, which is non-greasy and DOES NOT make me break out, like others.

I would switch to mineral makeup, as most of them have minerals that help control acne. Mineral makeup is amazing at hiding blemishes...you just need to have the right concealer brush. You can get a nice, sheer natural look by using very little on your foundation brush, and tapping off the extra.
I use Jane Iredale and Bare Minerals, which you can buy on e-bay for less than other stores.
I also would recommend that you start taking a strong probiotic, such as Renew Life brand Ultimate Flora Critical Care 50 Billion, which I use, and it works great!

Along with the probiotic, you should also drink aloe vera gel juice mixed with a strong fruit juice. It tastes horrible, but since I have been drinking it, my acne is almost non-existent now.
Well, if you want to continue using MAC (I can understand why) I would suggest using the Neutrogena Wave once in the morning, and once at night. The wave opens up pores and gets rid of ance in one-three days.
It also helps get rid of makeup that gets stuck under your pores. So you won't have to stop using MAC.
Clinique make up can give you a very natural and light look.
Also, Skin ID would be a good thing to get rid of breakouts and acne. It's also by Neutrogena (I almost always reccomend their products, because they do so well! )

That will give you some info on their product, and a free assesment on your face. You can also buy their products online there too. Hope I helped!
makeup causes pimples so stop that. and whenever you get a pimple do this: (it sounds weird but it works)
take a cup of water and put a tablespoon or 2 of salt in the glass. stir it. then, take a cotton ball or a q-tip and dip it in the water. then, apply the cotton ball or q-tip to your pimple and hold it for 1 minute. the pimple should disappear! if you don't hold it long enough, the pimple will come back in about 1 hour.
get mineral makeup its really good to the skin and in the mean time of using it you can clear up you acne, and go for a natural look no1 likes caked makeup..and use cream cleansers they make your skin soft and don't dry it out...
Hi
There are some specific methods that can help you .
here are some tips that were helpful for me to cure my acne:
Drink water
Drink plenty of water every day. Try drinking at least two liters of still mineral water. If the skin becomes dehydrated, dead skin cells are not effectively shed, which can lead to blocked pores and further acne.
Sunshine and fresh air
Sunshine stimulates the creation of vitamin D in the body - an essential vitamin for healthy skin. A little bit of fresh air and sunshine every day will also reduce stress and increase oxygen to the skin. Even when it's overcast, the sun's rays reach us, so it's very good to take a 10 minute walk outside every day. Don't get burnt in the sun though - apart from increasing the risk of skin cancer, burnt and heavily tanned skin forms a thick layer on the skin's surface that doesn't exfoliate quickly enough and leads to blocked pores.
Reduce the intake of sugar and refined carbohydrates
There is recent research pointing the finger at diet - eating refined carbohydrates (white bread, pasta, rice, flour etc) and sugar leads to a surge in insulin and an insulin-like growth factor called IGF-1. This in turn leads to an excess of male hormones, which encourage the skin to excrete large amounts of sebum. This grease-like substance encourages the growth of bacteria responsible for acne.
Refined carbs/sugar = more insulin = more hormones = more sebum (oil) = more bacteria = more acne
Your bed sheets
Keep the bed sheets clean. Wash your pillow case on a regular schedule to reduce the transfer of our natural body oils.
Wash your face
Wash your face just one time a day. Don't wash too many times , because that will cause only more production of oil on your skin. another option is to use very gentle cleansers for normal skin that don't dehydrate the skin and wash twice a day.
Anyhow, don't go out and buy those ';acne free in one night'; pills that you can find anywhere online, they just don't work and you will spend your money for nothing.
Why not? Well, because it takes time to get rid of acne and you will need at least few weeks to see any noticeable results. There is absolutely no way to cure your acne immediately.
If you really want to treat your acne there are two recommended solutions that should combined together for best results.
Firstly and most important you must learn how you should fix the internal problem that's causing your acne, not just masking the symptoms or getting relief.
There are only few decent Ebooks and acne cure programs that can teach you exactly how to treat your acne from the inside.
Where medicine has failed them the authors have done their own research and found a way to overcome acne. In their books they share their valuable knowledge with other acne sufferers. Anyhow, be very careful because many of them are pure crap with little value.

The second thing that you need to do is to get good acne skin product that will be suitable for your skin.
There are hundreds of acne skin care products available in the market right now and it's not easy to choose the product that will give you the best results.
When choosing your product make sure to check that you get at least 2 months full guarantee. Some of the big names in the industry are:
ClearPores, Acuzine, Acnezine, Proactiv, Vilante and some others.
