The main causes of acne is toxins build up in the body and clogged pores caused by excessive oil and deadskin cells. The clogged pores, which contain toxins and oil, provide a fertile ground for acne bacteria to spread and thrive. This triggers skin inflammation, which leads to acne forming.

Most acne products only treat the symptoms and not the underlying causes of acne. Over the counter products such as Proactiv and other gels and creams only make your skin dried %26amp; sensitive instead of treating acne at the source. Prolonged use can even lead to premature aging and other health issues.

The only way to effectively fight acne and prevent acne from coming back is to treat the underlying causes of acne. First, you need to get rid of the toxins in your body. Certain herbs are very good at cleaning the bloodstream and getting rid of toxins in the body. I would go to a dermatologist. It might be hormonal and you may need to go on birth control. Or you skin may have a hard time fighting bacteria. Maybe your type of acne is not treated best to benzolyl peroxide. Either way you will need a dermatologist to diagnose it. Every person is different and will be treated differently I didn't think I need medication for my acne either but when I did go my acne improved 100%
1. Stop coke (soda) any chilly and chocolates. (Stop means don't even think about them).

2. Ask your doctor to start you on a course of antibiotics. (Erythromycine or Tetracycline group).

3. The stress will disapear once the acne starts fading.

Stress does causes acne (Immune and endocrine reasons) but having the acne doubles the stress thus continuing the viscous cycle.

Just wash them with soap, keep them dry and do not play with them.

All the medications you took are bull. They might prevent the acne but not cure them once you got them.

Good Luck and trust me.
In my experiences, Proactiv (when used correctly/exactly as indicated) works like a charm.

If these standard, over-the-counter products are not working for you, the best solution is to schedule an appointment with a dermatologist. They can prescribe actual medication that can totally dominate your acne in a way that these over-the-counter solutions can't.
well look at your genes. did any of your family members have bad acne? i recently went to the dermatologist and she said my skin doesnt get rid of my dead skin cells so they just stay on my face. ew i know but she got me on diffren and benzaclin they are okay but you are gunna have to get used to them. try and drink more water that has helped me too btw eat healthier also. hope this helped i know how ya feel.
Try a topical combination therapy, over the counter benzoyl peroxide cream along with prescription clindamycin cream from a dermatologist.

EDIT: Then get a prescription for clindamycin. Combination therapy has been proven to work better.
I would recommend seeing a dermatologist. I had to use prescription soap for awhile as it was the only thing that worked as well as taking antibiotics.
