Well there isn't a cure for acne but there are things that can help you out with your acne. Like Clean %26amp; Clear and Neutorgiena. I use both and trust me they help you out a lot. Theres tons of different things you can do.








Get a face cleanser with the chemical Benzoyl Peroxide, you can get it at any super market. Just make sure to get a low concentration ( 2%) and work up if it doesnt work.


There are also lotions with this chemical that you can put on directly.


Stay well hydrated


Wash your face morning and night with any cleanser.


You can crush Aspirin pills, and mix it with enough water to make a paste, and put it on any zit until it dries, it reduces redness and pain.


If you have a lot, all over. Then ask your doctor, because there is such a thing as chronic acne, then you can get a prescription to help.


Eat carrots for beta carotene


Chromium supplements also help to heal infections on the skin.


get those at a drugstore.


Avoid touching your face if you haveent washed them in a while. thats how you get acne in the first place.

its like donoxlyon or something but im sure if u go to ur doctor and ask he mite know what your talking about and be able to prescribe it to you..my face is clearing up already :)
