How to cure back acne?

I'm a 19 year old female and i have really bad back acne and scarring.... does anyone know any remedies to cure this problem or what causes it?How to cure back acne?
Make sure that when you shower you wash it completely with like a loofa or something b/c most people cannot naturally reach their back to wash it if you know what I mean. Also, don't scratch or pick your back or acne that may be on it. Keep it dry and clean always and it should go away on it's own soon. You can use an oil-free moisturizer/body lotion on your back if you want to as well.How to cure back acne?
Keep your hair in a pony tail (or bun if it's long) as often as possible. The oils from your hair can make your skin oily. mare sure you wash in good every night like you would your face.
Suffered with what i thought wa bad acne when i wa younger, obviously you will think its bad if its on you, occurs when follicles, often called pores, sometimes get blocked. Sebum (oil) which normally drains to the surface gets blocked and bacteria begins to grow.





what to do, well its a puberty thing, and usual clear up after the teen yrs so your nearly out of there,





wash your face twice daily,


use non oily moisturisers


no evidence about food causing it, but hey your diet is related to everything


plenty of water


and the deff do not pick,squeeze





in time it will sort it self out, if its causing pshycological distress then c ur GP.
