There's a very good product on the market just now called Proactive. Another one I heard of recently was to carry wipes around and wipe your face every hour. A dermatologist told someone to do this because it gets rid of any excess oil/dirt on in your pores and prevents acne from appearing. Make sure that you're also eating a good, healthy diet with lots of fruit and vegetables, and drinking plenty of water (8 glasses per day of water or unsweetened tea or juice).
