I have acne since i was 12..and now i'm 18 but my acne still in my face..

Since i became vegan 3 weeks ago my acne cleared up ! :))


I had terrible bacne, acne on my chest, and my face,


but now my bacne and chest acne is all gone, and my forehead is cleared. It's only my cheeks, but that's gotten much better too.





I have even went on and tried 4 different birth control pills to try to get rid of acne before, but being vegan for 3 weeks really made a difference in my acne.

Inquire about accutane.... It works wonders and it stops ur acne from re-occurring. It's a 4-6 month treatment of two pills per day. But unless ur rich, u definitely need insurance to afford it. Treatment is 1000 per month but with insurance I payed 50. And it has to be accutane, they have substitutes that don't work as well. I had horrible acne on my face, back, arms, chest, and it even started going all the way down past my back. I had the scars too! Now my skin is baby soft and scar free. And I was battling acne for like ten years
you should see a dermatgist.i had really stubborn acne and she put me on diffiern gel and my skin is complelty clear.not even the lil bumps are there anymore.but i will say with any prescription acne cream u use..it will get worse before better.but when it gets better it is great and stays that way if you keep using the cream.good luck!
I use neutrogena face wash everyday. I also use the neutrogena wave where a soap filled pad sticks on to the velcrow, and it vibrates, massaging and opening pores.

I know it sounds weird, but try witch hazel, after you wash just wipe it on your acne. It is cheap and it works.
use witch hazel as an astringent daily after cleansing.
i mixed a benzoyl peroxide with proactive and it cleared out of nowhere in like 2 days...
