Apple cider vinegar will clear your skin problems - fast.
Dilute it with water and apply it with a cotton pad.
Your pimples will clear up fast.

sometimes theres nothing u can do as long as you wash it like once in the morning rinse it in the afternoon and wash it at night, thats your best bet.
i wash my face twice a day and if i still have acne then so be it, at least i dont feel guilty about it because i know i do enough. and that is the case for me
Proactiv
Products dont work on everyone, but when i had acne at your age (im 19) what worked for me was taking a trip to my doctor and he precribed me some medicine. That worked! within a month, my skin was totally clear. To keep my skin clean, I use proactiv! despite what others say, It really worked for me, and i fine when i stop using it, i get breakouts again.
Experiment, but see your docter first
i just put a dab of toothpaste on the pimple when it pops up and that just dries it out
Go to a dermatologist, it may be expensive but it is definitly worth it.
well i went to a dermatologist and had tried different kinds of antibiotics that didnt work so well on me. everyone reacts different to antibiotics. i've had microdermabrasion are temporarily, i had chemical peels which were horrible.... and FINALLY im on accutane... yay which im realy excited because i just finished the first month and already i see a difference. only side effect i've had was dry lips which i have it under control. I suggest you try everyhting before going on Accutane.
ProActiv... it really does work I promise you. It really helped me very fast.

This is what I suggest:
Mix baking soda and witch hazel/or water together until it comes to a good constancy, and then spread on your face and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. These two things are very inexpensive and it's very easy to do since there is only two ingredients.
Toothpaste is good for drying out your pimple (for some people). Put only a little bit before you go to sleep. Some people use this as a mask but DON鈥楾 EVER DO THIS! It can change your skin tone and make your face discolored. But this is not recommended to everyone because it can make it worse.
Try to buy a cleanser that works for you, and when you wash your face, open your pores with hot water (not too hot, or it will dry out your skin) and massage it gently into your skin. Then, use cold water at the end to close you pores. The smaller your pores are, the less likely you're prone to pimples. They might not work for you, so try different products. Don't use body soaps because they dry out your skin. Don't scrub too hard when you wash your face, because it can irritate your skin.
Zinc (type of vitamin) is the one of the best things you can use to get rid of pimples. You can buy these almost about any large store (such as Wal-Mart or Shaws.) Have one or two tablet per day and try to cut down the junk food and replace it with vegetables and fruits. Drink lots of water and don't pop you acne. Popping acne can lead to acne scars. Zinc can be found in many types of fishes.
If you have sensitive skin, don't use make up. Some of the things in make up can clog your pores and cause pimples. Keep your hands out of your face as much as you can because you hands are full of bacteria and oils. Keep your hair out of your face because the oils in your hair could go into your pores. Change you sheets because they're are trapped with dirt, oils, etc.
An egg yoke can be used to make you pores smaller. I used this when I had pimples. Just take the egg yolk (the yellow part) and leave it on your face for 10-15 minutes and rinse off with warm water and then splash your face with cold water. Aloe vera helps acne scars lighten and less noticeable (lemon, cocoa butter, witch hazel, and tea tree oil do the same thing). Use the gel (of the aloe plant) or the real thing.
well do you have sensitive skin that could be the problem. Try finding all the symptoms of your face. When you find them go out and find out what type of cleanser works for you. just bcuz OXY or clearasil works for 1 person doesnt mean it'll work for EVERYONE. :)
try proactive its extremely helpful ive seen it work
i break out ALOT too. what i do is i use netrogenia advance solutions medicine which you can find at walmart. it really works better than anything i have ever used including proactive. Also a word of advice.. NEVER EVER use more than enough foundation.. it just makes break outs way worse.
try proactive nd if tht dosent work go to a dermitologist cuz proactive didnt work for me but it worked for my sis
My BF used procative and it really helped her. She also gets regular professional facials (once a month). Mostly you just have to outgrow it, but try Proactive. She swears by it.
I suggest seeing a dermatologist. That's what I did.
I have oily, sensitive skin.
This is what I am doing as of now and things are getting better, less and less new crap is popping up on my face.
Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser (really nice and gentle, NOT over drying which is nice, and doesnt irritate the skin which can make things worse)
Witch Hazel Facial Toner (gentle again, doesnt sting)
Clearisil Spot Treatment or Tea Tree Oil. I found the tea tree oil didnt seem to be strong enough to kill stuff that was up and coming so I have been using the spot treatment.
Cetaphil Daily Facial Moisturizer with SPF 15. REALLY good at moisturizing but not greasy.
I swear some of those harsh products just irritate the skin more, and anything with a fragrance clogs pores.
I used to use proactiv but it was never that great and it stopped working and started irrirating my skin. Neutrogena, over dried my skin. And murad left me oily and greasy, even on top of my oily skin.
All this stuff you can get at any drug store/grocery store.
Good Luck
I use listerine mouth wash when i get little spots. I do not have bad acne at all so i just apply it on the areas and let it dry and thats it. Its cheap and easy so it never hurts to try it. Proactiv did not work for me and i dont think it is worth the money to just try it and hope that it works!
old remedies usualy work becuz old pple r smart, but i used proactive and my friend used windex lol
neutrogena's oil free daily face soap has always worked well with me. don't pop you whiteheads, you won't be happy with your scars later.
one of the best things for me is to wash my hands often, be careful with what hair products i use, and to touch my face as little as often
first of all you can't ''cure'' acne but you can ''prevent'' it..
use (murad) acne complex...
aww i know how you feel. i used to have ur problem and my self esteem was low too. :[ but i got rid of mine in one week. ONE WEEK. no kidding. theres some stuff youll have to buy but it doesnt go over $50. (:
if you're going to use tea tree oil, you can, but make sure you know that tea tree oil is very drying if you over-use it. so use it only at the ';climax'; of a pimple. if you use it in the beginning stages or end then itll only irritate it.
first i'll tell you some info. acne is caused by hormonal imbalance. so to get rid of it you must do things that help you internally, and a little bit of external . now...
you MUST do all these steps.
1. buy this multivitamin from walmart [generic brand of women's one a day]. it contains zinc, vitamin a, b, c, e. these are all good for the skin. and it calms down the hormone levels too, and cleans out the system.
2. this part is really important too! buy green tea bags [or the green tea loose leaves]. dont get the nestle or lipton or w/e its called tea. make sure they dont add sugar or other crap in it. green tea is great for acne b/c it balances hormone levels detoxifies the system. it clears up the complexion also. yes, most green tea has caffeine which isnt good for acne. so put a green tea bag in a cup of water and leave for 1 min [this is de-caffeinating it] then rinse out cup and fill it up with hot drinking water and put the bag in. at first you may not be used to drinking tea, so drink 2 cups of tea the first few days. then increase the amount of cups you drink until you have 5-6 cups of tea a day. trust me, green tea is the answer! after doing this you will love green tea and you'll probly substitute it with water.
3. at the end of each day when you're done with the green tea, run cold water through the green tea bag, then place on face if you have any inflammation of the skin. hold it against the inflammation for as long as you can- the longer the better. it relieves the redness well. but only doing green tea externally isnt good enough so make sure you do it internally too! [#2]
4. in the middle of the week, in the shower make sure you exfoliate your skin. dont be rough with your skin when exfoliating. you dont want to make your skin more inflamed. exfoliating is helpful b/c it opens up pores while cleaning them out. it helps a lot with clogged pores [bumps that are just THERE to annoy us]
5. at the end of each week, right after the shower [make sure its RIGHT after, when your pores are still open from the hotness] apply queen helene's mint julep masque onto face. it shrinks pores, dries up pimples, smooths out skin and rinses away blackheads. it really makes your skin feel so soft!
6. make sure you are using a toner or astringent. a good one is witch hazel. companies always put it in cleansers b/c it is really good at eliminating extra oil without over-drying. witch hazel is found near the alcohol section in stores like target, etc.
7. also make sure to have a moisturizer with spf 15 or higher. if it has no spf 15, the sun will darken acne scars. i use olay complete all day moisture lotion with spf 15.
8. change pillow case every two or three days. make sure phones are clean.
crap, i forgot about the aloe vera plant . it should be around #4 or 5.
if you ever have a popped pimple, apply aloe vera. [cut off a leaf and squeeze out juice and apply on skin] it will heal it in 1-2 days, depending on how often you put it on throughout the day. its really effective and regenerates new skin cell growth 10 x faster than it takes for the body to do so. they have aloe vera in almost every nursey like orchard supply or home depot, etc.
if you use a concealer or make up, make sure it is non-comodogenic. this means it doesnt clog pores . im pretty sure i didnt spell it right, ahah. cuhz yeah. clogged pores suck. so dont use makeup that clogs pores cuhz clogged pores can turn into pimples.
