How to cure or get rid of body acne?

I've tried using bactericidal body wash but it doesn't seem to work its magic. Help!How to cure or get rid of body acne?

You need to see a dermatologist, they will probably prescribe some of the cycline type medicines to attack the acne from a medicinal standpoint since regular over the counter isn't working.
