I am considering taking a second course of accutane for acne. Should I? Will it be a permanent cure this time?

I had mild but stubborn acne that was completely cleared for a year and a half after I finished my first course of accutane. Now the acne is returning. It is sparse but the zits are big and painful. If you are not controlling your diet no treatment will be permanent. I recommend the following diet and routine with treatment.





Drink 4 to 5 litters of water daily.


Avoid maximum junk foods.


Take totally boiled food without oil and spices 2 or 3 days in a week.


Reduce oil, fat, spices, junk foods, tea or coffee, cold drinks, dairy products in your diet.


Use more quantity of green vegetables, fruits and salad in your daily diet.


Do some exercise daily in the morning to get sweating.





If you follow this regularly, you will get great result.

There's a higher chance that it could cure completely. If it doens't cure it, it will at least reduce it by alot.
