WAIT! unless a doctor checks your blood very often IT IS SUPER DANGEROUS TO DO THIS. although it does help a lot,it ALSO DAMAGES THE LIVER permanently.i did cure may friend麓s pimples-though she did not have acne,but yes it helped.the son of my neighbor went to the dermatologist who did prescribe vit A but under supervision -that is checking bloood-and i don麓t know what else-i do not remember-.don麓t think because it is a vitamin you can over do it!Hi i was wondering how many pills of vitamin A should i take daily to cure acne ; also can i take B5 and zinc ?
