1. Cook oatmeal and apply on face for fifteen minutes, then wash.


2. Make a warm bath with blanch of nettle and rosemary to reduce the acne.


3. Apply equal amount of lemon juice and rose water with a cotton ball, leave for half an hour and wash. Repeat for 15-20 days.


4. Rub the acne with garlic cloves several times a day.


5. Wash face with avocado paste mixed with water.


6. Bedouin meds: Eat a medium grated radish with every meal. Drink 2 cups of rosemary tea. Drink 3 glasses of water with squeezed lemon and honey.

12. Boil water in a pan, add some apple cider vinegar. Cool, put a towel on your head and bend over the pan.


13. Clean your face every morning with cotton ball soaked with vinegar; might sting; try on a small part first.

I think the biggest thing is keeping your face clean and not to touch it as much as possible troughout the day. One thing that helped with me was not using any of the acne meds and soaps at all. For me it irritated may face and skin and made the acne worse. When I stopped using the treatments the acne went right away. I also can't put lotion on my face. that causes acne in my face to. But I have heard a lot of people use Pro Active and works great. My Fiance used it much to make her skin look better and it worked. It really soothed everything out and your skin looks great!. My cousin used it and he had acne really bad and it has cleared his skin up a lot. Hope this way help full.
tiger water would stop all that. you can get from zoo keeper. it is very anitbiotic. use it mixed w ith honey to make warm poultice and cover face all day. then it gone. pet cat work to but need man cats pee. easier to get a bucket of tiger pee.
