How To Cure My Pimple/Acne Problem?

Ok i have acne.But it has reduced from my whole face covered in rashes to a few pimples,rashes and BLACK PIMPLES.I used toothpaste it worked in reducing.But im not sure if it made my Black Pimples come out.So how do i get rid of it.
