As odd as it may sound, most of the natural treatments work simply if you believe they will (a process known as the placebo effect).





In terms of using a product to rid yourself of acne, whilst skin care creams and general clealiness can go a long way, the most proven of techniques is of course laser therapy. I don't however recommend investing in such a treatment unless your acne is truly getting out of hand.

One of my friends tried an acne pill, I'm not sure if it was the same one that you have, but he couldn't stay in the sun and


about 2 months later he had black heads EVERYWHERE!





I'd recommend not using pills; I don't think they're safe;


just try living with them or creams :)
