my dad had acne worse than most people all over his body, i've got it too but not as bad. how can i keep it down?How do you cure, as much as possible, hereditary acne?
My father had cystic acne bad on his face. I got it, too. I went to a dermatologist and got on antibiotics. Cleared up my skin beautifully.How do you cure, as much as possible, hereditary acne?

Don't wash your face with a sponge while taking a shower--wash it afterwards with a wash cloth.


*Get a wash cloth from target or where ever. Buy aveeno positively radiant body wash----it says ';helps even skin tone and texture'; on the bottle. Pour a dime size of the aveeno on the washcloth and Wash your face two times a day---once in the morning and once in the evening.

Accutane-an antibiotic and Ziana- a new acne gel. See your dermotologist. Also wash face with cool or cold water, never hot. And never use scrubs or toners, they aggravate acne. Use a mild cleanser and mositurizer like Cetaphil.
