If God can't cure acne, how can He cure cancer?

God isn't real dear. I wish there was a God that could magically get rid of my acne and other ailments. Some people are just born with genetic problems like acne and being prone to cancer, and the best you can do is to try and treat your flaws. You're acne went away after 9 years on its own, not by God.If God can't cure acne, how can He cure cancer?

i dont think God interferes too too much in our lives or we would become completly dependent on Him. maybe He wasnt answering your prayers because He wanted you to work it out on your own. maybe if it was something as serious as cancer, He might lend a hand. its unpredictable what God thinks
i believe that if god wanted to cure anything,he would..he has the POWER to move mountains or anything else, for that matter... we go through life experiencing things,, god allows us to do this because how else would we know if we didnt experience them.. just like jesus did when he was on earth..he also gave us a mind.... you can learn to move mountains too,,,if you know and believe......
Who do you think gave people the brains to figure out things like medicines and treatments.? Some things are not the fault of God or anyone else.
That is a really dumb questions God can cure anything!!
