im 15 and my skin isnt too bad except for my chin, i do not eat fried foods all the time and it seems like oxy pads do nothing so i would like to hear some other ways to cure acne. How do i cure my acne problem?
Accutane is normal during puberty. There are steps you can take to fight the battle however. Eating healthy and drinking plenty of water is always a good choice. Eating chocolate / greasy food all the time does not directly cause acne however. That is a myth.
The best steps you can take involve keeping your face clean / moisturized if you have dry skin. Exfoliate once every few days. Steam cleansing, facials, clay masks, etc. are all good ways to cleanse your face.
When fighting acne there are 2 basic regimens in the acne isle at your local drugstore. Salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. There are tons of different products with these active ingredients from proactive to oxy pads. I would choose a well known one and give it a try. Remember many medications take time to work so don't expect a change in a week. In fact it may get worse. Just be sure to use a product for at least a month or so to really see the effects.
If you have oily skin clean it more often but don't overwash because it will dry out your pores which = more oil = acne.
Next step would be a dermatologist but according to your question, your acne isn't too bad.
Good Luck !How do i cure my acne problem?
I can totally understand your frustration with your face not getting better. But sometimes products on the market just don't do a great job. Here pretty good home remedies that you can try.
Baking soda facial
2 tbsp. baking soda
enough water to turn this into a paste
Then, you can either gently apply apply a thin layer over your
whole face or just on your problem areas leave on for about 15-20
min.
If this is too harsh or you have sensitive skin you can try this
Oatmeal Baking soda Mask
3 tbsp. oatmeal
2 tbsp. baking soda
enough water to turn into a paste
Apply a thin layer over whole face
leave on for about 15-20 min.
For both of these facials your best results are to do these right before you go to bed *don't sleep with them on*. That way you won't need to cover anything up or sweat and make your face worse.
When you choose which facial works best you should do them about 1 time a week. And then 2 if your face isn't drying out.
Hope I helped! xoxoxo Jenny %26lt;3
I would try benzaclin its prescribed by the doctor it works really great. Otherwise if you don't want to go to the doctors another good acne product is nuetregrena daily acne face wash. hope this helps(:
