I've tried a ton of over the counter and prescription acne medication, but none of them worked very well and they didn't really keep more acne from developing. Worse still, they dried my skin awfully. I highly recommend using Tea Tree Oil. I read about it on a website a couple of months back. I tried it and now I use only tea tree oil and no other medicine for the acne and it works so much better than the other stuff ever did. And it doesn't dry my skin out. Accutane? Its good, Its a 5 month treatment, but has its pros and cons,





it cures you but on the other hand makes your body super dry, it changes your attitude,. you have to commit your self to the Ipledge Program, which isnt that bad you have to answer questions 1 time a month and be on a birth control or choose abstinence,. I mean its all up to you.





I would say go for it, it all else has failed take the chance and ask your dr you want to try it!
Are you talking about Roaccutane (or Accutane in the USA)?





It's supposed to work wonders in some cases, but also has QUITE a few dodgy side-effects...


I know someone who took it, and their skin has significantly improved. My doctor wouldn't prescribe it to me though, despite my awfully severe acne..

Accutane, you need a Dr. prescription, it is the only medication that will work.
