Do they really work on healing acne? How long do the affects of the clear skin last?Did antibiotics cure your acne?
It doesn't ';cure'; it. Antibiotics treat acne only for as long as you continue to take them. Acne typically (but not always) diminishes as you get older, depending on the severity of your acne. So, most people don't have to stay on antibiotics forever, and an antibiotic usually stops working after a year or two (sometimes longer) once the bacteria build up a resistance to it. Each case is individual. Combination therapy (using more than one product to treat acne) is usually the best approach to achieve long-term results.Did antibiotics cure your acne?
if you mean tetracycline, then yes it does work for some people and don't expect it to go away for ever--acne is a lifetime of heartache. you won't be rid of it til you're way into adulthood.
