nuetrogena body clearing body wash works pretty well. You have to use it everyday though. it may take a month or so to start clearing up, but if you stick to using it everyday it will work (for the most part). Ive been using it for years, and nothing else OTC has helped as much as it does.Does anyone know the best body curing acne cream or spray?
Pro active seems to be helping a lot of people these days. My daughter is using it and she is getting much better now. There are some others on the market now a days too that work pretty well and are a lot like pro active.

If your problem is face acne you would do well to use a mask once or twice a week, they really worked for me. You could also try an overnight spot-application lotion, but those can dry out your face so make sure you use a moisturizer so your skin doesn't get flakey.


I don't really get face acne any more, but I do get bacne sometimes (back acne, in case you're not up with the lingo) and if that's your problem you can just buy an acne clearing body wash and use it regularly Neutrogena or Clean %26amp; Clear are good for that). Also for body acne make sure you wash your body after you condition your hair because if you condition last it can stick to you and make you greasy, producing acne.





Finally, make sure whatever you use on your skin specifies that it's non-comedogenic, or won't clog pores. And bathe often, of course.
