What will help cure my acne?

my parents are going broke so i'm stressing out and so i brake out even more, plus i get these really big zits that hurt. what can i use that is cheap but effective?What will help cure my acne?

This is going to sound weird because I think you're pretty young, but I've had great success with Oil of Olay's Total Effects Acne Cleanser. You can get it at any drugstore (walgreen's, walmart, cvs, etc). It costs about $7.00. Also, follow the golden rule of skin care for ladies - never, ever (EVER) go to sleep with makeup on.
Wash your face in the morning with water and soap and at night. You acne is cause my dirt and bacteria getting into your pores.....wash wash wash...you can find cheap products like oxy clean pads...less than $4 at the drugstore...but keep your face clean your zits will hate it. and also drink lots of water....it clears your face of toxins.
ugh same here! go to a dermatologists and ask for Retin-A-Micro. that seems to help. buht as for regular over the counter stuff, i find the Biore Pore minimizer, helpz a little =/
Believe it or not, use toothpaste every night from 1-2 weeks and it will work, i did it and it worked like a charm, im acne free now
Dry em out in the sun, don't pick at them, don't wash your face more then twice a day and be gentle.
